RATHER ME THAN FIRE

RATHER ME THAN FIRE

Areas of dense young trees need to be thinned out for the sake of fire safety and the health of our future forests. I have a very organized approach to what I do as shown in this photo. In the foreground is what I just cut and is ready to burn. What is behind is still standing. At this stage, trees should be kept closer than will ultimately be the case, because you don't want to take out too much all at one time.
